His work is shaped by a deeply personal journey through trauma, grief, mental health challenges, early psychedelic experiences, and a long search for healing and meaning. Lou is also writing a memoir titled Lost in a Puddle, where he explores his life story alongside social commentary on mental health, psychedelics, and personal transformation. Through his work, Lou advocates for safe access, mentorship, integration, emotional skill development, and a more compassionate approach to people navigating psychedelic experiences. His mission is to help create a more informed, ethical, and accessible psychedelic space.
