You Already Know What to Do. So Why Aren't You Doing It?

You know what to eat. You know you should be moving your body. You've read the books, you've done the calorie counting, you could probably give someone else advice on how to lose weight. And you still can't make it work for yourself.

In this episode I'm getting really honest about the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. I'm sharing what it used to look like for me standing in front of the pantry after a long day shoveling in Goldfish and pretzels and Doritos knowing it wasn't helping but not being able to stop. And I'm talking about what I actually needed to bridge that gap, because it wasn't more information.
