Episode 27 - Creating A World Where People Love Living Life ft. Tou Ger Lee

Being the youngest of 7 children of immigrant refugee parents, Tou Ger Lee grew up feeling like an outcast. It wasn't until he got into dancing where he began to find his own sense of belonging in this world; tying his identity into his craft.

However, despite immersing himself in dance and making a career out of it, even winning a national dance competition, he still felt stuck as a person; no matter how much he dedicated to dance and how much he reaffirmed to himself that dancing is his passion.

This realization has led to him making a massive shift into rediscovering who he really is, finding out that he really enjoys helping others. This newfound purpose led to him becoming a mental health coach helping others in the workforce find value in their work, and eventually opening his own practice alongside his wife called The Good Life Mental Health Services, helping people break free of their own destructive patterns and rediscovering themselves, just like how he rediscovered himself.

Tune in on this newest episode of Back At It as Tou Ger explains to David the highs and lows of this self-development journey into helping others be their best selves.
