Weekend Wisdom: Taurus New Moon & The Power of Receiving

What if the most courageous thing you could do right now was simply to receive?

After months of navigating intensity, you are finally being offered a clearing. The Taurus New Moon marks a quiet exhale—a chance to discover that the door to a hidden garden has been in the hedge the whole time. With Uranus out of Taurus, the dust has settled. What remains is not a call to grind, but an invitation to let life meet you halfway.

The Moon and Venus do not reward the dried-out, dehydrated grind. They reward you only when you feel good. Which means the path forward isn’t through more effort. It’s through the radical, humble practice of allowing yourself to have what you need—even if it’s just sitting at the table instead of eating over the stove.

In this episode, Whitney, Alexandra, and Alex explore how the Power of Receiving is not selfish but essential. Before the fast-paced energy of Gemini arrives, this lunation asks you to build a foundation of simple pleasures, nervous system regulation, and the quiet authority of someone who knows they don’t need to raise their voice to be heard. Make yourself 5% happier today. Let someone hand you the water. You’ve earned this ease.
