E90 - Every Time You Face A Fear

E90 - Every Time You Face A Fear

In this deeply personal episode, I share a real and raw moment that unfolded between my mom and me—one that brought up unexpected emotions, old questions, and an invitation to rise.

When I first heard she was getting remarried, it stirred something inside me. At first, I wanted to avoid the feelings. To bypass the ache. But I knew this wasn’t just about her choice—it was about what was being awakened within me.

So I gave myself space. I sat with what was rising. I chose not to meet her from blame, but from love. From curiosity. From presence.

And then—I had the conversation. I asked the question I had never asked before.

Not to hurt her, but to set myself free.

In this episode, I talk about:

— What it means to meet fear with love

— How the mind tries to create problems while the soul sees invitations

— The power of expressing unpolished truths

— And the image that came to me of little me climbing a ladder toward the light of my voice

This is for the part of you that’s been hiding.

The part that longs to be heard.

The one still waiting to feel safe.

Because every time you face a fear, you build a bridge for the little you to come out of hiding.
