Why Diets Have Never Worked for You (And What Needs to Change)

Over the last few weeks I've been talking about why you already know what to do but can't do it, why you quit every diet by week two, why you've stopped believing it's possible, and how finding movement I love was the real turning point in my weight loss. Today I'm tying all of that together. Because it all points to one thing. And once you see it, you can't unsee it.

In this episode I'm getting into why the way we've been taught to think about weight loss is completely backwards, why starting with calorie counting and restriction and intermittent fasting and saving up your points for the weekend is the reason nothing has stuck, and what actually needs to change if you want to lose weight in a way that you can keep up for the rest of your life.
