According to investigations, Vishal used fake pretexts like collecting feedback or delivery ratings to get women’s phone numbers. But once he had access, what followed was a disturbing pattern of manipulation. He would initiate video chats, take compromising screenshots, and then use those images to threaten and control his victims. As per police records, over 66 women were impacted by his actions.

The case took a major turn when a courageous woman from Chinsurah came forward and filed a complaint—leading to a police raid on Vishal’s residence in Bandel. What the officers discovered was shocking: digital storage devices, sensitive media files, and clear proof that this was not a one-time incident. Vishal wasn’t acting alone either—his associate Suman was also taken into custody.
