20: 1-2-3 Habits Part 3: 3 Simple Habits & a triathlon of Embarrassments

The number 3 is the most important number and that's why we use it. The triangle is the strongest shape and has 3 sides; we have 3 names to identify ourselves - first, middle and last; and there's 3 events in the triathlon! I'll tell you about my triathlon I did with my mom and brother and the lessons I learned from that race, including the power of 3. The power of 3 in the universe is amazing, but the power of 3 for your own brain... that's truly something special. When you choose to do 3 tasks daily to make a goal happen, your brain latches onto that pattern and establishes it as a routine. That's how you make your brain work for you, not against you. Three simple, daily habits.

PART 3! We did it. We have not talked about all 3 parts of the 1-2-3 Habits system, so now we can get into the MEAT of the thing! It's go time. Starting brand new habits in every aspect of your life starts right after you listen to this episode!
