25: Evading Jail time & Simple Nutrition

Sometimes things just don't go according to plan. Sometimes you get pulled over in life and realize you have SO much that's not working at that exact moment. Sometimes that leads to overwhelm, frustration, feeling stuck or powerful and other times... it leads to jail time! In today's episode I tell the story of when I almost went to jail and how during times when life, and particularly health, can feel like the marks against you a piling up, you CAN do something about! Here's what you do. You stop, take a breath and start small. You don't have to take perfect action to make a difference in your health and in your life. Just start today with small, simple action and watch as things get EASIER as you go.

Today we simplify nutrition, one of the most overwhelming and confusing topics in the world. And as always, we simplify it into 3 habits:
