I Read Your Most Unhinged Confessions... Exes, Kinks & Public Disasters

In this episode I’m basically oversharing again but this time we’re getting into mental health relationships and all the little things your brain and body are trying to tell you that you keep ignoring

We talk about how starting certain habits just to cope can actually mess with you more than you think and why avoiding your feelings is not the vibe even though it feels easier in the moment and yes I’m calling myself out too

Then we get into relationships because why are we always confused about men when sometimes the answer is literally right in front of us I break down how proximity can trick you into thinking you like someone more than you actually do and why your body will straight up tell you when something is off like those random icks or weird feelings you cannot explain yeah those mean something

We also talk about boundaries communication and being honest about what you actually want because if you are just going along with something to fill a void it will catch up to you every single time

This episode is a mix of life lessons mistakes realizations and me just trying to make sense of everything like the rest of you

Moral of the story listen to yourself stop ignoring obvious signs and maybe stop putting yourself in situations you already know are not it

You are allowed to take your time you are allowed to figure things out and you are allowed to choose what actually feels right for you 💋
