Prior to founding Bregal Milestone, Jan held investment roles at Makuria Investment Management, Sculptor Capital, and Goldman Sachs. As Portfolio CTO, Visar works closely with portfolio companies on technology, product, and AI strategy, drawing on prior experience at Bain & Company and Brainlabs.
