- Signs to look for in acute musculoskeletal injury - when to wait, when to book with a physical therapist and when to get your ass to the hospital

- How to approach healing and pain in the first few days (Spoiler: It is NOT the RICE protocol anymore!)

- When to progress training and how to know when it is time to return to the mats.
