Ken Paxton’s Lawsuit Against Pfizer is Making All the Right Arguments

Karen Kingston and Jeff Dornik return for another episode of In the Foxhole to break down Ken Paxton’s lawsuit now that Karen was able to read through and study the entire lawsuit. While some Medical Freedom “influencers” are trying to claim that this lawsuit will go nowhere because you can’t sue Pfizer under EUA laws, Karen highlights why she’s extremely excited to watch this case progress, given that Paxton is making all of the right arguments, according to Kingston. We take a deep dive into the arguments the Texas Attorney General are making and compare them with the documentation and laws on the books.
