Whether you are flying solo, dating, married, divorced orpossibly widowed in this chapter, men enter into this time – transformation - too. And there’s no class, that I’m aware of, that prepares any of us for it.

We explore how men experience entering midlife. Some feel steady. Some feel reborn. Some feel lost. Many feel several of these in the same week.

We also change it up to ask what midlife men may think about midlife women and more. Knowing a little about men in midlife isn’t about adjusting yourself to meet them where they are. It’s about seeing clearly. About recognizing when hesitation is fear, when distance is grief, and when attraction is tangled up with a man’s relationship to time rather than to you.

That clarity is power of the quiet kind. It lets you stoppersonalizing what isn’t personal. It sharpens your instincts. It helps you choose readiness over potential and depth over noise.
