319: MONTHLY MEDICINE: July is Let Support In

July is a strong invitation to stretch out of our comfort zone and ask for more support: support we need, support we desire, support we prefer. Whether it be from neighbors, friends, family, or the spiral/spirit realm, this month is going to really push us to evaluate our stories around community care, and challenge us to birth a new way. July wants us reaching for pleasure, expansion, and new pathways at every chance we have, and has the potential to be wildly transformative, if we choose to dive in and work with it.
