Episode 256 Sharon D NDE 'I felt so loved' NDERF.org

Sharon recalled feeling unable to go home before spending the day with her friend Clyde, borrowing his clean underwear after remembering her mother's warning to always wear clean underwear in case of an accident. Although she had felt uneasy about riding a motorcycle, the pair enjoyed a beautiful day together before deciding to take the scenic route back to Reno. Along the way, Sharon was stung by a bee, and Clyde's kind and compassionate response triggered deep feelings of love and healing by contrasting with painful childhood memories of harsh punishment from her father. Soon afterward, their motorcycle was struck by a turning car, leaving Sharon critically injured with multiple fractures, severe blood loss, and a head injury. During the three days she was unconscious, she experienced a profound near-death experience in which she felt surrounded by unconditional love, underwent a life review without condemnation, encountered an overwhelming light and sense of perfect unity, and was given what she believed was the choice to return to her body. Although she did not want to leave the peace she experienced, she chose to return because she felt called to help others, share God's love, and make a greater positive difference in the world. After awakening, Sharon made a remarkable recovery despite the severity of her injuries and later came to view the accident and her near-death experience as a transformative event that shaped the rest of her life.
