On the pod today I have Lala Sol.She is a mind-body specialist on a mission to support high achieving female leaders; teaching women around the world the art of self-love and manifestation through holistic lifestyle practices. I have been drawn to her for years and her ability to live free of the restrictions society puts on us when it comes to what we “should” be doing. Her spiritual journey had a huge influence on mine as I found her at the beginning of my discovery of spirituality and meditation. She currently lives in Bali but has traveled and lived in so many beautiful places across the world, contributing to her wisdom in spirituality, connection to the divine, and connection to the divine feminine.
