ICE Traffic Stop Deaths, Election Fraud Claims, and World Cup Bets

We’re continuing our summer series with a recap of the week’s top headlines and relevant conversation from The Bulletin archive. He is a professional sports bettor, avid poker player, and writes about the gambling industry at his blog howgamblingworks.com. He graduated from Brandeis University with a BA in Politics.
