The Road Ahead Episode 1

The first episode of The Road Ahead is finally here! It has taken us a little while to get to this point, and we truly appreciate everyone who has reached out asking when it would be released. In this podcast, Dimity and I will talk openly about mental health, my own experience, and the processes of Timeline Therapy® and NLP. Everyone’s road is different, but sometimes learning about another option can open a door you never knew existed. Sharing my story and being vulnerable hasn’t been easy, but if it helps even one person feel less alone or find a little more hope, then it has been worth it.
