In December of 2015, with the Josh Duggar scandal still burning, Joseph sat down for TLC and gave the most specific condemnation any Duggar sibling has ever given on camera. He named the mechanism. The secret life. The public preacher, the private man. The person nobody suspects.

Five years later, an arrest affidavit filed in Bay County, Florida places Joseph Duggar on a family vacation in Panama City Beach with a nine-year-old girl. He has pleaded not guilty and is out on a six hundred thousand dollar bond.
