Bryan Kohberger Says He's NOT Guilty After All

A year ago, the family of Kaylee Goncalves said Bryan Kohberger was too afraid to die but not afraid to kill. He had just traded a capital murder trial for a deal that took the death penalty off the table and locked in four consecutive life terms.

Now he says the state is welcome to come after the death penalty again.
