NHOMAM - Hollywood Isn’t Ready For The Peaches And Viktor Cinematic Universe - 08/10/2026

The Noon Hour of Madness and Mayhem returns from the weekend with a question that absolutely nobody needed answered but somehow became the backbone of the entire first half of the show: if Hollywood made a movie about these people, who in the hell would be qualified to play them? Peaches apparently spent part of his weekend feeding photographs of himself and his friend Dan into ChatGPT like an increasingly desperate casting director who had been locked inside a Hollywood studio with no human actors left. After uploading multiple pictures, Peaches discovered that artificial intelligence had apparently determined that portraying him would be a significantly more complicated cinematic undertaking than portraying Dan. The AI allegedly identified the essential Peaches characteristics as a bald head, gigantic beard, broad face, enormous frame, light complexion, and the astonishing ability to transform from intimidating human mountain into a giant goofy smiling idiot in roughly half a second. From there, the algorithm began assembling what can only be described as the world's strangest casting shortlist.

David Harbour emerged as the alleged gold-medal candidate, which immediately prompted discussion of his various roles, followed by Nick Frost, who was rejected partly because he is approximately five-foot-seven and therefore apparently incapable of convincingly portraying the physical dimensions required to play Peaches. Michael Chiklis entered the conversation, resulting in an extremely stupid "can't get a date because he's Chiklis" joke, followed by Zach McGowan, who seemed to have been selected primarily because artificial intelligence saw facial hair and immediately pressed the Zach McGowan button. Then came the obvious heavyweight option: Dave Bautista, whose history went from bodybuilding to WWE to Hollywood actor and whose enormous former wrestling physique apparently made him the most straightforward choice to portray a gigantic human being walking into a room and causing everyone to immediately notice. Brendan Fraser was also thrown into the mix, prompting the immediate fear that the casting department was about to say the word "Whale," which apparently would have resulted in a complete studio shutdown.

The AI casting madness didn't stop with Peaches. Maddie received her own collection of potential Hollywood replacements, including Mia Goth, Sophia Lillis, Maisie Williams and Thomasin McKenzie. Thomasin McKenzie apparently produced the strongest visual reaction because, according to Peaches, one particular photograph immediately created the terrifying sensation that ChatGPT had accidentally discovered Maddie's Hollywood clone. The conversation then escalated into a full-scale examination of what artificial intelligence thinks everyone in their social orbit looks like, because apparently once you ask ChatGPT to cast one person in a movie, the only logical next step is to cast literally everyone you know until the entire town has been replaced by actors.

Then came Viktor's turn, and ChatGPT apparently decided that the safest way to cast him was to assemble a committee of bald, bearded, strange-looking men. Michael Rooker was named the strongest overall match, largely because of the combination of baldness, eyes, facial structure and goatee. Zach Galifianakis followed, then Dave Bautista again, because apparently the AI had approximately six actors in its wallet and was determined to spend all of them. Nick Offerman made the cut, Walton Goggins appeared despite seemingly having very little resemblance to Viktor, and then Paul Giamatti stormed into the number-one position with a purported 9.5-out-of-10 match. At this point the casting exercise had evolved into an elaborate investigation into whether ChatGPT believes Viktor is simply a rotating collection of bald men with facial hair.

The same technological crime against casting continued with Jay Davis. Peaches submitted photographs including the legendary "Moochie Daddy" picture and other images featuring hats and facial hair, hoping to identify the actor who could portray Jay. The results included Jay Davis being compared to the actor who played Boris the Animal in Men in Black, Christopher Heyerdahl, Rory McCann, Zach McGowan and Michael Wincott. Rory McCann led to an extended detour into Game of Thrones, during which the guys attempted to remember whether he was the Mountain, the Hound, or some other enormous medieval psychopath. Eventually they determined he was the Hound, while the Mountain was Hafþór Björnsson, thereby proving once again that trying to identify actors exclusively through their ability to look enormous and angry is a deeply flawed cinematic methodology. Peaches eventually decided that listeners should be allowed to submit their own casting suggestions, with the obvious expectation that somebody will inevitably nominate Kingpin, the bald guy from Dune, Sloth from The Goonies, or some other enormous bald man who may or may not even still be alive.

Then the show abruptly entered the dangerous territory of Facebook prank science. Viktor explained a weekend Facebook video that had apparently triggered a tiny civil war among people who did not realize they were watching a joke. The setup was extraordinarily simple: Viktor was filling up Millie's little plastic swimming pool with a garden hose, while Becca filmed from an angle that made it appear, for the first few seconds, as though Viktor was urinating directly onto the dog. Millie, naturally, ran toward the water and started biting at the stream, making the entire thing look even more suspicious if you possessed approximately zero ability to recognize visual context. The hose was visible, the water stream became increasingly obvious, and Viktor eventually turned around holding the sprayer in a manner that should have conclusively ended the investigation. Unfortunately, the internet had already convened its tribunal.

One woman allegedly called Viktor a "pig," while other commenters apparently failed to understand that a man holding a garden hose was, in fact, holding a garden hose. The video performed well on Facebook but was apparently throttled into oblivion on TikTok, presumably because enough people watched the opening seconds, concluded that Viktor was committing an unspeakable crime against his own dog, and immediately fled without waiting for the punchline. Peaches and Becca then began adding increasingly ridiculous comments to the post, including jokes about Viktor supposedly doing even more horrifying things at PetSmart. Peaches even tagged PETA to ask for their opinion, resulting in several laugh reactions but apparently no formal federal investigation. The whole saga became a perfect example of what happens when somebody posts a joke online and the audience decides that the correct response is to assemble a grand jury before watching the remaining fifteen seconds.

The show then moved into the surprisingly existential question of whether 80% of people are undateable. Peaches found a social media post from someone arguing that most people are effectively disqualified from dating because of catastrophic hygiene, nonexistent emotional regulation, zero self-awareness, suspicious relationship histories and an inability to communicate without turning every minor disagreement into a three-day disappearance. The post described people who allegedly smell like biological disasters, neglect basic dental hygiene, have questionable personal cleanliness, explode or vanish whenever conflict appears, and simultaneously describe themselves as "loyal" and "low drama" despite having enough romantic complications to qualify for their own television series. The guys proceeded to dissect whether this horrifying statistic might ...
