What Happened To D4vd's Money Before His Arrest

D4vd made over ten million dollars between 2022 and 2025 according to testimony at his preliminary hearing. On August 31, a Los Angeles court determined he's indigent. His celebrity defense team — led by Blair Berk, the attorney who's represented Harvey Weinstein, Mel Gibson, and Britney Spears — withdrew, and the LA County Public Defender's Office stepped in. Benjamin Greger, Burke's former finance director, testified that nearly all financial decisions were handled by Burke's mother Colleen. After Celeste Rivas Hernandez's remains were found in Burke's Tesla, Greger testified he told Colleen to transfer property titles out of Burke's name. He testified they tried to assemble two million for bail and that the management team switched to encrypted apps. Interscope terminated his contract in December 2025 — zero income since. Burke was paying twenty thousand a month for a rental. His mother, his management, his lawyers, and the IRS all took their share before Burke touched a dollar. Now the public defenders are the ones standing between Burke and a possible death sentence. DA Nathan Hochman says he's "ready to prove all three charges beyond a reasonable doubt."
