What happens when you know you're unhappy in your job but you're too scared to leave?

That was Joanna Summers not too long ago. She knew she wanted more freedom, she had dreams of building something of her own, but actually leaving the security of her career and going for it was a completely different story.

There was fear, self-doubt, and worry about what other people would think. And a lot of getting out of her comfort zone.

When Joanna and I started working together one of her biggest goals was simple: "I want to own my own time."
