Eps 029 - Tools Tools and More Tools to Help You Past the

I'm giving you so many tools in this episode! When I first went to therapy years and years and years ago, I was a complete wreck. What I discovered in therapy was that I had no tools to manage my life. Of course, things are now different, but it took me a few years to develop the tools I regularly use now. I want to give you some of those tools so you can start using them now.

As you go into this episode, I want to invite you to have an open mind and have an infinite experience with everything in your life. Imagine what it would be like if there were no limits? This reality that you envision is possible for you. If you use these tools, you will be expanding and tapping into the energy of creation like never before.

Don't limit yourself based on past experiences. Create from where you want to go, not from where you came from. Don't make choices from where you came from; make choices to where you want to go.
