Eps 039 - Sometimes I Burp

You know I like to be honest about what's happening in my life. I have shared a lot about myself in this podcast, and today is no different. I wanted to share with you how I have been going through the SASS technique over 24 hours every day for the past few days. I feel like a lot of us are at the end of a chapter. The new chapter hasn't begun, and we are in that space in between. I don't know about you, but it's been a little bit of a roller coaster ride for me. It's really uncomfortable at times.

So I started applying the SASS principles to it, and it has been a game-changer for me. I know this stuff works because I teach it, but I'm seriously so grateful to have such a robust system in my toolbelt.
