There is a lot of stigma around therapy. Sometimes we feel embarrassed and think there is something wrong with us because we need help and support. But really, we all need support throughout our lives. There is nothing wrong with reaching out for help when you need it.

I have been open about my own journey with therapy before on the podcast, but today I'm going deeper on how I started and what it has helped me with. I'm also talking about some of the other tools I use to get through the tough times and take care of myself when I need it.
