Wendi Adelson's Ex-Boyfriend Testified to WHAT Under Oath?

Five days before the murder, Wendi Adelson's boyfriend says she told him her brother had looked into hiring a hitman. The day before, she asked him about his Friday driving route near Dan Markel's house, then told him not to contact her for a week. The morning of the killing, she was home waiting for a Geek Squad appointment that prosecutors say her mother Donna scheduled. And about an hour after the shooting, she drove past police tape at Dan's house — knowing her children were supposed to be with him — and didn't make a single call.Jeffrey Lacasse testified to all of this under oath. Wendi denied every word of it under the same oath. One of them lied, and the answer determines whether the state of Florida can charge the woman who moved the children south within days and changed their last name from Markel to Adelson.Five people are serving time for Dan Markel's murder. Wendi Adelson has been named an unindicted co-conspirator and has never been charged.
