Mica Miller, Lindsay Clancy, D4vd—What Just Came Out in All Three

JP Miller allegedly ran a campaign of surveillance and harassment against Mica Miller while their shared congregation closed ranks around him. Mica reported the behavior to police. She filed for divorce. Two days after serving papers, she was found dead at a North Carolina state park. Her death was ruled a suicide. JP Miller faces federal cyberstalking charges. He has pleaded not guilty. He preached at her memorial.

Lindsay Clancy's murder trial ended in a mistrial at Plymouth Superior Court. The jury was deadlocked 11-to-1. Jurors say the holdout admitted he had reasonable doubt about Clancy's guilt and still would not change his vote. The foreperson started filling out the acquittal forms before the holdout reversed. Jurors describe severe psychological effects from the evidence, particularly Patrick Clancy's 911 call.

The family of Celeste Rivas Hernandez filed a wrongful death lawsuit against D4vd naming his mother, his management, and his business entities. The complaint alleges company funds paid for housing and security that concealed a minor. David Burke has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and other charges.
