JP Miller faces federal cyberstalking charges in connection with his alleged treatment of Mica Miller. He has pleaded not guilty. Mica was found dead at a North Carolina state park on April 27, 2024. Her death was ruled a suicide. The congregation at Solid Rock Church allegedly sided with JP while Mica was pushed out of the community she had given her life to.

The Lindsay Clancy murder trial at Plymouth Superior Court ended in a hung jury, 11-to-1. Jurors are now speaking publicly. The foreperson says the holdout admitted he had reasonable doubt and still refused to vote for acquittal. Other jurors described leaving the courthouse sick and crying every night after listening to testimony about the deaths of Cora, Dawson, and Callan.

The family of Celeste Rivas Hernandez filed a wrongful death lawsuit in Los Angeles against D4vd, his mother Colleen Burke, his managers, and his business entities. The complaint alleges an inner circle that knew about the relationship with a minor and helped maintain it. David Burke has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and other charges.
