There are up to 300 families currently living at Hardekraaltjie Caravan Park in Bellville and who have been told that they need to vacate the site because the City of Cape Town is planning to develop the land into a sporting facility. Lester Kiewit speaks to Marinda van Wyk, one of the residents living there and who has also been playing the role of caretaker and manager.
