Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a powerful practice that combines deep relaxation, meditation, and self-inquiry. This specific Yoga Nidra practice focuses on forgiveness, an essential aspect of spiritual growth and well-being.

Forgiveness is the act of letting go of resentment and anger towards someone who has wronged us, and it is a powerful tool for healing and inner peace. However, forgiveness is not always easy, and it can be difficult to let go of feelings of hurt and betrayal. This Yoga Nidra practice aims to guide you through the process of forgiveness and help you release any negative emotions that may be holding you back.
