Kylie Kelce: The Realities of Motherhood

Kylie Kelce: The Realities of Motherhood

In this week's episode, Tay sits down with podcast host of Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce, media personality, and mom-of-4 Kylie Kelce! Kylie opens up about the similarities and differences across her four pregnancies, including food aversions, cravings, and morning sickness, and gets candid about how her postpartum experience has looked completely different each time. She talks about handling negative comments on social media, particularly around body image, and shares the boundaries she sets with posting her kids online and how she and her family work hard to give their children as normal a childhood as possible. Kylie gets into the boundaries they've had to put in place as their lives have become more public, how she handles people asking overly personal questions, and the unique adjustment of being connected to fame without feeling famous herself. She also shares what mental health looks like for her, how she supports herself, and the mom guilt she's navigated along the way. Kylie then talks about her passion for women's sports advocacy, what it means to her to still be coaching women's field hockey, and why she believes so strongly in letting kids try all different sports to find what truly sticks.
