Original Position Fallacy

In the two-hundred-and-second episode, we look at the Original Position Fallacy, starting with Trump increasing the penalty for mishandling classified documents, the DOD attacking JD Vance, and a Trump voter changing his mind

In Mark's British Politics Corner, we look at Suella Braverman defending Reform's racism, Farage defending Brexit, Laila Cunningham defending deportations, and a Farage voter not giving a shit about anyone else.

In the Fallacy in the Wild section, we check out examples from The Handmaid's Tale, Dr Who, The West Wing, and Futurama.

Jim and Mark go head-to-head in Fake News, the game in which Mark has to guess which of three Trump quotes was made up by Jim.

Then we talk about two court decisions about the SAVE database.

And finally, we round up some of the other crazy Trump stories from the past week.

Subscribe to Fallacious Trump to make sure you never miss a logical fallacy. Rather than just mindless anti-Trump rhetoric, we apply skepticism and critical thinking to our Donald Trump analysis by exploring his liberal use of logical fallacies and cognitive biases, along with a bit of humor and news about US politics. (But there is also some of that much needed anti-Trump rhetoric.)
