Nani Talks - Episode 13.4 - Allstar Edition: What Happened To The Classic Anime?

In this episode, the table gets into One Piece moving seasonal, why classic 80s and 90s anime is getting harder to find, whether live-action anime can actually work, and the bigger conversation around AI in anime. Is AI just a tool for creators, or does it risk replacing the creative friction that makes great stories feel human?

The conversation also turns to Naniverse.io and the future of anime platforms: what streaming is missing, why authenticity matters, how creators can be supported properly, and what the anime community needs next.
