Recently, one of my consultants gave me a massive wake-up call by telling me that I'm making all my decisions from a place of fear. Well, no one wants to hear that! At first, this was really hard for me to take in, and to be honest, I felt a lot of shame. But then I realized he gave me this feedback so I could work through it and be the best version of myself possible! Which is, of course, exactly what I want for you! Now, my sweet friend, fear is one of the most challenging emotions to overcome, especially when you're faced with making big decisions for your business. Will this hurt someone's feelings? Is this going to affect my revenue? Am I going to look foolish in front of my team? But I want you to remember that it's always better to make a million wrong decisions and learn from them than to sit on the sidelines and never take action!
