One of the primary questions is, what should we do with all the old PFAS already in the environment? 130. Harvesting Nature: Culinary Conservation and Ethical Hunting with Justin Townsend
In episode 130 of the Outdoor Minimalist podcast, we introduce the idea of Culinary Conservation. Forewarning: if you haven’t eaten or are hungry now, you’ll be starving by the end of this episode. Justin, a tribal member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, is an avid hunter, angler, writer, and former restaurant chef whose passion for the outdoors led him to create Harvesting Nature in 2011. He travels North America with his family and is fortunate to hunt, fish, and cook, all while sharing his experiences with others through recipes, film, podcasts, and the written word. Justin also proudly serves in the United States Coast Guard.
