In this first part, I give an overview, some necessary disclaimers and talk in depth about the first 3 Habits. The remaining 7 will be discussed in the final installment of this series, coming in a couple of weeks. The main content of this episode is from a draft that I had back from the first year of this show. It was never used. Due to it being done 6 years ago, the audio is not the best as I was working with my first microphone and studio set-up.
