In 2019 she published her book, “What Do We Need Men For: A Modest Proposal”, where she courageously shared her experience of being sexually assaulted by Donald Trump in the mid 90s at Bergdorf Goodman. She was terminated from Elle shortly after she shared her truth. Carroll is currently in litigation against Donald Trump after he allegedly defamed her in 2019.
