From 1979-1981 someone was preying on Atlanta's children. In a two year span, at least 28 children and young men were victimized. The victims were largely African American males from low income communities--many of the victims knew one another.

In this three part series, we will examine various aspects of the case. Part One will introduce the first victims and provide background about the socioeconomic and political climate of Atlanta at the time. We will look into individual cases building up to part two which will cover the investigation extensively.
