Danny Hembree

Danny Hembree

This week Mountain Murders takes you to Gastonia, NC to discuss the killings of three women. Danny Ronnie Hembree is a career criminal who preyed on young women with drug addictions often dangling crack cocaine like a carrot in front of them. Danny had dated a woman named Stella Funderburk but eventually moved onto her 23 year old daughter, Nicole. During his relationship with Nicole, Danny had sex with her younger sister Heather Catterton trading sex for crack. When Heather turns up dead, her father suspects Danny is involved. When another young woman named Randi Saldana turns up brutally murdered, Danny is once again the prime suspect. Then Danny is linked, surprisingly, to a decades old cold case.
