Episode 98 left us with the downfall of the State Line Mafia operating out of Tennessee and Mississippi. We discussed Sheriff Buford Pusser's role in bringing down the organization and the wacky events that surrounded the legend. Our second part of this story will focus on Deep South outlaws and a homegrown crime cartel that operated along the bayous, bays and swamps of the Gulf Coast cropping up like kudzu and equally hard to get rid of.
