Using Employee Perks to Beat Inflation

Employee perks are a great way for companies to show appreciation and gratitude and enforce their employer brand's power. Perks are more than just the customary items that satisfy the mainstream. Today's employee perks are designed to help employers address the financial, mental, and physical wellbeing of employees and their families by offering everything from entertainment, travel, food, and gym memberships to car oil changes and pet care. Most are self-service, taking the administrative strain of managing a program of this nature off of the benefits officer and allowing it to be managed by the employee. Additionally, the financial advantage of providing employees with more affordable access to options can create long-lasting goodwill.
