This week's topic really is what ADHDFest is all about! That perfect mix of practical ADHD tools, science based self development and just a dash of actual magic ✹ Affirmations are used in pretty much every self improvement system at this point but can we make them ADHD specific? Where we not only focus on ADHD symptoms but also tweak the technique to be less dull and more dopamine friendly đŸ€” . Well I've given it my best shot at creating just that, so I say yes! I'm also going to share how affirmations helped to smash through my severe social anxiety, to the point I can't relate at all to how I used to feel 🙌
