Serena's mission is to bring awareness to the importance of sexual wellness and its importance in our overall mental and physical health. "Our sex energy is our life energy and is meant to be expressed and cultivated without shame, taboo or stigma...and a lot of fun!" Serena combines a sense of fun and relaxation with sensuality and sex, helping you find your peak potential for pleasure both in and out of the bedroom.

With a background in psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Serena dove into the world of sex and intimacy first through the Institute for Somatic Sex Education in BC, followed by Clinical Sexology through SexologyU. Serena became a Certified Sex Coach through the Sexology Institute of San Antonio and a Certified Sexologist under the American Board of Sexologists. Serena has studied relational counselling through the Gottman Institute as well as with Dr. Marty Klein, Ph.D.
