On todays episode I talk about the importance of “marching on” from things outside of our control. Things like petty drama, nonsensical conversations and unhealthy thought patterns. Epictetus talks about this as the “chief task in life”. How are we to determine what is and is not in our control? This is the theme I am attempting to commit to and I invite you to as well. Lets learn to “march on” together.
