Ep. 26 - Let's discuss Quantum Jumping Meditation, Morning Pages, and Doing a Daily Podcast

In Episode 26 of Idea Diary - Today, I talk about my July decision to meditate everyday 30 minutes - 1 hour, and the clarity it’s actually bringing me. I’ve started doing the daily 15-minute podcast which feels totally doable in an hour or less a day, and incorporated Morning Pages from the book, “The Artist Way” by Julia Cameron. I like to meditate using my own imagination. One technique I use is by Burt Goldman called “Quantum Jumping.” I also love to start my meditation with the Bjork song, “Bachelorette,” because the images in the video directed my Michel Gondry really gets my imagination started. I feel like these three things done daily has had some effect on my clarity. I’m doing this until January 2021. Want to join me in this challenge?
