Julie is CIPD qualified, has many years of experience in HR, learning and development, is the co-founder of Chancery Training which specialises in enhancing individual and team performance and is the president of the Kingston Chamber of Commerce.

Julie and Claire talk about the importance of ensuring line managers have sufficient training and understanding of leadership, effective communication and bringing out the best in the team.
