Today on Meditating the Word: Healing at the Pool of Bethesda, the Authority of the Son, Testimonies of Jesus

This is Day 281. Today we are reading John 5 ----

Father God, what an amazing chapter from John! How we love Your Word and the ability to learn more about Jesus, his life and his teachings. Father, as Jesus showed us through the example of his life, may we also do Your work. And we can't do it on our own, in our own strength and abilities. We can only do it through the power of Holy Spirit within us. Help us, Father, to be about Your work, to do only what Jesus did, because he is the exact image of You. Thank You for eternal life. Thank You for Your living Word in us. Thank You for Your love that fills us to overflowing. We set our hope on Jesus, Your Word made flesh. Thank You, Father. Amen
