S4 Episode 14: Resilience and Coaching with Rob Wright

Rob Wright's resilience journey moved him from being a self-employed copywriter and graphic designer to becoming an executive and leadership development coach and now a facilitator. He started a resilience practice called Giant Life Skills, focusing on understanding how people flourish during tough times. Listen to Rob’s story and the importance he puts on storytelling and how he has created a menu to bring to his work.

  • Understanding human behavior and decision-making is crucial in communication and coaching.
  • Challenging experiences can impact our self-esteem and lead us to explore resilience.
  • Making peace with our stories and leaning into challenges can lead to growth and fulfillment.
  • Vulnerability, authenticity, and taking up the right amount of space are essential in living a resilient life.
